laju99 Terms and Conditions of Use

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the laju99 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy published separately. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and laju99.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and close your account. Continued use after any updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

To open an account at laju99, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period of use:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Not be a person who has been excluded from gambling by court order, by family, or through a self-exclusion programme.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party who does not meet the above requirements.

Each user is only permitted to register one account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses. Information provided during registration must be complete, accurate and current.

laju99 supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.

All funds deposited into a laju99 account must come from a legitimate source and belong to the user. Use of a payment method not registered in the user's name may result in the transaction being held pending identity verification. laju99 complies with strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

All bonuses and promotions offered by laju99 are subject to specific conditions. Users are required to read and understand those conditions before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% first deposit match bonus up to a maximum of RM888.
• The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received.
• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → receive RM100 bonus → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.
• Example 2: Deposit RM1,800 → receive RM888 bonus → balance RM2,688 → wagering requirement RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds and winnings derived from the bonus is only permitted once the wagering requirement has been fully met.

laju99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, hedging bets, or betting strategies considered contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer. laju99's decision in such matters is final.

laju99 rewards user loyalty through a VIP programme consisting of three main tiers. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.5% of total net bets.
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 1.0% of total net bets.
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 1.5% of total net bets.

VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's betting activity and performance over time. laju99 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, cashback rates, or eligibility conditions by providing prior notice to affected users.

Users agree to use the laju99 platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or deceive the system.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Transferring funds between different user accounts without laju99's approval.
• Spreading false or misleading information about laju99 to other parties.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in temporary or permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and possible legal action where necessary.

laju99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds such as a breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory compliance requirements. In such cases, any legitimate balance in the account will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, unless the balance is connected to activity that breaches the terms.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the laju99 support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned using the same payment method as the last deposit.

The laju99 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. laju99 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, inaccuracies, or errors. We are not liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or unexpected technical faults.
• In-game losses that occur during a user's internet connection disruption.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the platform's usability in certain regions.

laju99 is committed to protecting users' personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of this overall agreement.

By using the laju99 platform, you agree that the information you provide may be used for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Your information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which laju99 is licensed. Should any dispute arise between a user and laju99, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it amicably through official support channels.

laju99 operates under a valid international licence. Users with complaints that cannot be resolved through our support team have the right to refer to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the established procedures.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to preserve its original intent, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
